  1. Losing direction on Compass
  2. Student opinion needs to influence teachers' compensation regardless of tenure
  3. Need to change teaching mentality to stress retention
  4. Advising at the department level needs to be done primarily by someone hired for that position
  5. So many required classes that it is impossible to take anything fun
  6. Need 24 hr. library or at least one floor open 24 hrs.
  7. Need to recruit more women
  8. Students should be able to keep their netid and email after they graduate
  9. ECE material needs to be sold by the bookstores not the department
  10. Everitt is very hard to learn in because of the layout of the lecture halls
